These terms govern China Hidden Gems, operated by EyeVibe LLC. By using the site, tools, downloads, or request forms, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
Information product, not a travel agency
CHG provides editorial travel information, setup tools, digital information products, and limited manual review of a traveler-supplied route. CHG does not book travel, organize or receive travelers, act as a guide or local operator, combine suppliers, hold traveler funds for suppliers, process visas, or guarantee entry, availability, prices, transport, reservations, safety, or trip performance.
Travel information and official verification
Policies, transport, payment-app behavior, reservation systems, schedules, and local operating details change. CHG content is a planning aid, not legal, immigration, financial, medical, safety, or booking advice. Verify material decisions with the responsible government, carrier, bank, wallet, property, attraction, or other official operator before paying or traveling.
Digital products
- Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-transferable use unless the product states otherwise.
- You may not resell, publish, mass-distribute, remove attribution from, or use a product to provide a competing commercial product.
- Descriptions, version dates, included files, price, taxes, and checkout terms shown at purchase form part of the transaction.
- Lemon Squeezy acts as the hosted checkout and digital-delivery provider when enabled. Its order record and receipt, not a return URL on CHG, determine checkout status.
- A product version reflects the sources checked at that time; it does not promise perpetual accuracy or a successful travel outcome.
Route Reality Check requests
Submitting an intake is an application, not acceptance or a payment obligation. If a request is in scope, CHG may confirm the limited deliverable and send a separate payment request. Any stated delivery window begins only after acceptance, payment confirmation, and receipt of the required traveler-supplied route. CHG may decline requests involving booking, visa representation, supplier packaging, on-trip support, or work outside the published boundary.
Refunds
Refund handling follows the Refund Policy, the hosted checkout provider's procedures, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right.
Affiliate links
Some links may generate a commission for CHG at no additional cost to the user. Compensation does not create a guarantee or make CHG the seller or support provider. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, introduce malware, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or infringing content, or place passwords, card data, government ID images, or one-time codes in public or free-text features.
Intellectual property and user content
CHG site content, branding, software, and original digital products are owned by EyeVibe LLC or used under license. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting CHG a non-exclusive license to store, review, display, moderate, and use it as needed to provide the requested feature.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. EyeVibe LLC is not responsible for decisions by governments, carriers, banks, wallet providers, merchants, properties, attractions, or other third parties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Delaware law, without overriding mandatory law that applies to a consumer. Updated terms will show a new revision date and apply prospectively as required.
